Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
